We choose our ingredients with intention, we know our farmers and we choose only clean, sustainably farmed foods with the highest nutritional value available. We are based in the Hudson Valley and whenever possible choose local foods.
Milk and Butter
We use only the highest quality grass fed non-homogenized dairy products for our snacks.
Preservatives:
We strive to use natural preserving agents like naturally sourced organic, non-GMO mixed tocopherols if necessary for freshness. These ingredients are beneficial antioxidants.
Cinnamon and Spices
We intentionally source the cleanest available Cinnamon in the marketplace and use only organic spices in our products.
Einkorn Flour
We exclusively use Einkorn flour in all of our products, this ancient grain or “the original wheat” is packed with nutrients and easily digestible.
New York Maple Syrup/Organic Raw Sugar
Maple Syrup contains micronutrients and adds a little sweetness and flavor profile to our sweet snacks.
New York Cheddar
We source grass fed New York cheddar.
Eggs
If our product contain eggs on the ingredient list, rest assured they farm fresh pasture raised eggs from New York farms.
